There was an unnecessary 22u cap in the last layout above Q1, so if you’ve built this with the old layout snip that cap out. Try flipping the 22 uF capacitor on the rightmost side of the vero around so the negative side is up and the positive side down. ANybody see the innards – i am guessing they should be built quite well. And I don’t know which.. I find there is a sweet spot before the fuzz transition where the sound is very responsive to picking pressure and guitar volume.

My gain seems to be working, but still “activates” a strong fuzz at max gain, and treble now seems to be working. Nice use of the 2NAs. No it’s not part of the polarity protections mate, they’re just next to each other in the schematic.
Divided by 13 – Joy Ride Pedal – Any thoughts? Hi, Looking at the schematic from the topic referred to above http: I mainly used it as a booster, the pedal has lots of volume, you’ll hear a bit of grit here and there, mostly coloreound on your pickups; but if you’re playing lower output single coils then it’ll act more as a boost.
